This service is offered by QCC on a non-Executive Director, interim or part time basis. QCC quickly identifies and implements strategic commercial plans – and get to the nub of issues quickly and establishes a swift strategy to resolve the same. It is considered that QCC has the ‘Ability to make it happen’. QCC have extensive JCT/NEC experience in the full suite of contracts and subcontracts. QCC can set up systems and practices to avoid disputes but at the same time can resolve disputes including the formation or defence of complex construction claims.

QCC offer Commercial Director services on an interim basis to assist with planned growth / Company acquisition / Award of a large project / Resolution of a problem project / Illness of existing staff / to set up new systems commensurate with the growth of the company / interface with the funder or venture capitalist. QCC offer an immediate ‘safe set of hands’ to assist with the above. In addition to the interim position, QCC also offer a part time Commercial Director role, where a full-time position is neither required nor is cost effective.
